We are a credit broker of vehicle finance, we are not a funder or a lender.

We may charge a cancellation fee of £630+ vat plus the cost of any non standard extras when cancellation occurs prior to registration. In the event that an order is cancelled after registration, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the total rentals / payments payable to cover any costs incurred from dealers, manufacturers, or any other losses incurred by Global Vans for processing the deal up to the point of cancellation. Any cancellation fee charged will be invoiced at the point of cancellation and payment will be requested within 7 days. Fees can be paid by bank transfer, debit card or credit card. Please note that credit cards incur an additional fee of 2% of the gross amount. For further details please refer to our terms and conditions.

We charge a documentation fee of £275+VAT, this represents costs incurred by Global Vans for processing your lease agreement. Document fees stated may be made up from fees charged by funders and Global Vans but should never be more than stated. We do not charge for any of our other broker-related services. We may receive payment from finance providers or lenders if you enter into an agreement with us. Commission may be pre-set but can vary depending on product and volume, it will typically be based on a fixed percentage of the amount borrowed. This percentage may vary according to different factors, for example: the amount of credit; the age or type of vehicle; the type of finance product; or the funder’s assessment of the risk of lending. Where applicable, discretionary or fixed commission received by us will be included in your monthly payments and the total amount you pay over the term.
If you are a consumer (individual) you have the right to know the amount for any payment we receive for our service. If we have not already disclosed our commission, please email credit@globalvans.co.uk prior to entering into an agreement.
