Our Process

It’s our job to keep van leasing hassle-free, with a dedicated member of our team to guide you through the process. We’ll be here at the end of the phone if you have any questions throughout the course of ordering, contract signing and delivery.

Our process is simple:

1. We discuss your needs and present a solution
2. You agree the deal and give us your details to process credit proposal
3. When your credit is approved you reserve the vehicle by providing a holding deposit and signing your electronic order form
4. We process the deal and organise the paperwork
5. You complete the paperwork
6. We organise delivery of your van

Aftersales Team

Customer Service shouldn’t stop at the point of delivery. Your van leasing deal will last between 2 and 5 years, and you can rest assured that we’ll be here for the duration, if/whenever you need us.
